Please read these Official Rules, Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before applying. By submitting an application for The Perlino True Beauty Scholarship (“Scholarship”), you agree to these Terms.

Sponsorship

The Scholarship is sponsored and administered by PERLINO CO. (hereinafter referred to as “Perlino”).

Eligibility

To apply, applicants must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of entry

• Be a licensed hairstylist, cosmetologist, or currently enrolled in cosmetology school

• Submit a complete application during the official application period

• Be able to attend the designated event dates and location if selected

HOW TO ENTER

Applications will be accepted only during the dates publicly announced on official channels. Eligible applicants must complete and submit the official Scholarship application form in full. Incomplete, duplicate, false, automated, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.

Limit one submission per person.

Selection Criteria

One recipient will be selected at the sole discretion of Perlino based on factors that may include:

• Professional goals and ambition

• Commitment to growth and education

• Quality of application responses

• Alignment with the values of Perlino

• Not be employed by, contracted with, represent, educate for, or serve as an ambassador, affiliate, spokesperson, or owner of any competing hair extension brand, company, manufacturer, distributor, or related business, as determined by Perlino in its sole discretion.

Scholarship Award

The Scholarship grants one individual the opportunity to attend one Look & Learn and one Masterclass with Priscilla Valles at no charge for tuition only. The award includes:

• Tuition for one designated Look & Learn event and Masterclass event

• Standard inclusions normally provided to paid attendees for the event

Event dates, locations, and availability shall be determined by Perlino.

Winner Expenses & Responsibility

All travel, airfare, hotel accommodations, meals (unless expressly included), ground transportation, parking, passport/visa fees, lost wages, childcare, incidental expenses, taxes, and any other costs or charges associated with accepting or attending the Scholarship events are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

No Cash Value / Non-Transferable

The Scholarship has no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, transferred, exchanged, assigned, deferred, or resold.

Winner Notification

Selected recipient will be contacted using the information provided in their application. If the recipient does not respond within the stated timeframe, declines the award, is found ineligible, or cannot attend, Sponsor may select an alternate recipient.

Attendance & Conduct

Recipient is expected to attend the designated event on time and conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Perlino reserves the right to revoke the Scholarship or remove any participant for disruptive, unsafe, abusive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct.

Reputation & Non-Disparagement

Recipients agree not to engage in knowingly false, defamatory, malicious, or intentionally harmful statements regarding Perlino, Priscilla Valles, affiliated brands, instructors, staff, or events through social media, online platforms, or other public channels. Nothing in this section prohibits honest opinions, truthful statements, or lawful consumer reviews made in good faith.

Publicity Release

By applying and/or accepting the Scholarship, applicants grant Sponsor permission to use their name, likeness, city/state, submitted quotes, testimonial, photographs, and related content for promotional, editorial, marketing, and social media purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Media Capture

Photo and video content may be captured during events. Attendance constitutes consent to appear in event and promotional content.

Changes / Cancellation

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, reschedule, substitute, or cancel the Scholarship, event dates, locations, instructors, or award details at any time due to circumstances beyond its control or for administrative reasons.

Disqualification

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any applicant who:

• Provides false or misleading information

• Violates these Terms

• Attempts to manipulate the application process

• Engages in unethical, defamatory, or harmful behavior

• Engages in unethical, defamatory, or harmful behavior

Limitation of Liability

By entering, applicants release and hold harmless Perlino, Priscilla Valles, its owners, affiliates, partners, officers, employees, contractors, venues, and representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of participation in the Scholarship or attendance at any related event, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Privacy

Information submitted may be used for Scholarship administration, applicant communication, marketing communications, and related business purposes in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Acceptance of Terms

Submission of an application constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and all Sponsor decisions.
